Halifax secured another 3 points in Yorkshire Division 1 with a convincing win at home against Tadcaster. The away side started the game well but defenders Jessica Stott, Steph Hoyle, Ruth Bury and Cara James kept them at bay. Goalkeeper Sharon Crawshaw made some key saves to keep the score at 0-0.

The home side then dominated the rest of the game. Rebecca Brown got two great goals in the first half and Harriet Wood got Halifax's third from a well worked penalty corner. Katie Shannon, Claire Waldron, Ruth Prosser, Ellen Campsall and Adele Cocker worked hard in midfield to close down any attacking threat from Tadcaster.
