Halifax remain top of the table although the game was far from won until after half time when the team turned on the style.
Slazengers were a much better side than their lowly league status portrays and it took an outstanding move from Halifax to open the scoring.
Henry Shelton, Josh Sutcliffe and Matthew Bairstow worked the ball to Matthew Graham who found the run of Jake Bamforth and he finished the move with a neat deflection.

Simon Arch had a good game at left back making sure the dangerous Slazengers right wing quiet.
Matthew Metcalfe had a easy game but made a couple of good saves when required.
