The best move of the game was from a well worked penalty corner from Phoebe Tomlinson to Grace Allen who passed to Niamh Brennan who had a terrific shot which was miraculously saved by the Harrogate keeper.

A great debut from Amy March in defence saw Halifax dominate the game.

Annie Denton, Maria Lomas and Felicity Raud worked hard in midfield with Brennan attacking the opposition D and Cara Casson stretching the opposition defence with her work rate.

Halifax goals came from another well worked corner which saw Allen hit the net. Strong running down the wing allowed Casson to pass the the ball to Brennan to score a halifax 2nd
