We also have some light coaching sessions restarting in August ahead of training starting properly again in September
Hopefully there is something for everyone, but equally if you want to take some well earned time away then that's fine - nothing is mandatory
Further details for the Sprint Sessions and the Indoor Hockey will come out closer to the time so keep an eye out for those.
