M3 grab last gasp point!

In a game they dominated there will be mixed emotions about the result, but were unable to find the required quality with the last pass or shot.

Bradford caught Halifax out time and again with fast counter attacks and were 2-0 up in 10 minutes.

Paul Graham came on to support Simon Meredith in midfield and they were able to provide better passes to the ever dangerous David Collins and Elliot Bullick.

It was these 2 forwards who got the team back into the game with 2 well worked goals so the teams went in at half time 2-2.

Halifax were then caught on the break again to go 4-2 down and this was not helped with some unlucky decisions.

Frustrations were obvious and Jack Willis and Paul Mayes spent some time in the sin bin.

However, the team kept pressing with Harry Greenwood and Sean Fitzpatrick getting into attacking areas.

Collins made it 4-3 with 15 minutes to go and got the deserved equaliser and his hat trick in the last 2 minutes of the game.

The team felt it was 2 points lost rather than 1 point gained against opposition who are likely to finish in the bottom half of the table.

The point keeps them in the top 4 but they are losing ground to other promotion candidates.
