Men's 2nds snatch a draw after throwing away lead

Halifax took an early lead through Jon Horsley after good work from the whippet like Cameron Hellowell.

From a short corner Sam Spencer crashed a ball wide of the goal but Richard Marshall managed to turn the ball back and scored with a great touch.

Halifax were coasting at half time but a pumped up Leeds side took control of the game in the second half scoring 3 times, Tony Sykes was at fault for one deflecting into his own net from a short corner.

With only minutes to go Halifax won a short corner Spencer Jnr slipped the ball left for Steve Fawkes who calmly slotted home to secure a draw.
