Honours even for Ladies 1s against second place

Halifax played against Boston Spa who are second in the league.

This is the only team that has managed to beat Halifax this season beating them 2-1 last time. With Boston spa push back Halifax did well to score the first goal, this was created from a hit out by Katie Love, who sweeped it to Katie Wood, then to Courtenay Fisher who reverses it to Dani Parker who hit it into the goal.

Unfortunately, Boston spa then scored a goal due to Halifax losing there form. Halifax then got a short corner straight after goal created by Amy March, which Halifax didn’t manage to create a goal.

However a goal was scored by Wood who passed the ball round the keeper which was created by Amelie Horner.

The next goal was then from an interception from Emma Liversidge straight to Wood then to Parker who scored her second. It was then 3-1 at half time, the second half Boston came out fighting causing Halifax to become very defensive. Boston spa then managed to score twice bringing the finishing score to 3-3.

Unlucky results which don’t reflect the game, this still leaves Halifax at the top of the league.
