Ladies 1s drew 3-3 at home to Boston Spa in what was a tough game not made any easier by injuries to key players
Halifax knew this was going to be a touch game with a handful of injuries within the team.
Halifax came out strong; Steph Jones began her campaign well by driving the left wing and crossing a ball to Kate Walsh who scored.
Boston Spa fought back and equalised soon after.
Jen Brennan held firm in midfield and scored Halifax second goal for a straight strike short corner.

Boston Spa came out firing after the break and scored early on in the second half.
Cassie Barker made some excellent saves but unfortunately Boston pressed on and scored their third.
With five minutes to go Emma. Fradgley intercepted a ball in midfield and sent a long ball to Dani Parker who managed to put the ball over the line.
