Strong work from Halifax midfield Regan Midgley Grace Allen, Annie Denton & Maria Lomas provided a number of hits into the opposition D and Niamh Brennan took advantage scoring 2 with strongs runs and finishes

GAME 2 :

Halifax 0 Thirsk 2

A good Debut from Perdita Blackall in Defence and again Halifax were evenly matched to start with but sloppy Halifax defence allowed 2 quick goals for Thirsk.

Good work between Leah Kalter and Allen down the left and a superb strike from Midgley to Phoebe Tomlinson gave Halifax their only chance however this was somehow scrambled off the Thirsk line.

GAME 3 :

Halifax 1 Driffield 4

Halifax conceded 3 quick goals and could have been more if not for keeper Anna Nevison who pulled off a string of successive strong saves

To their credit Halifax did not give up chasing the game and strong running from Cara Casson in Midfield and new debut Alex Shield in attack didn't go unnoticed.

Brennan scored a consolation goal only for Halifax to concede again.
