The Men’s and Ladies 1st team will host their Lancashire rivals at Fortress Park Lane while the Mens 2 travel down the M62 for what should be 3 close fought games

With Bolton playing in the North West leagues, this is a fresh challenge for Halifax. Despite having played each other in a friendly a number of seasons ago, for the vast majority this will be the first time and will be a great opportunity for Halifax to play against a new faces and an unknown entity.

The friendlies with Bolton are not the only matches that day, the Ladies 3s and Men's 4s will also be in action against Cleckheaton and Wakefield respectively so it promises to be a great day of hockey

In addition, the great news is that a newly spruced and restocked bar will be open all day through to 2300 so why not come down, support the club and cheer on the teams as they attempt to begin their seasons with a win!
