Just like that the preseason friendlies are here and the new season is about to start. We are hoping you've all been keeping fit over the summer and for those that attended the Sprint Sessions hosted by Richard, hopefully you were able to take away and adopt some of the drills and techniques.

Friendlies start Saturday 3rd September and for the two weekends after that.

Season starts for most teams on September 24th.

All the friendlies have been loaded onto the website and all the season's fixtures are available on the YHA website and our own website.
