Latest update on President's Day

It seems the sun has definitely got his hat on this weekend!! So we are looking at a cracking day tomorrow.

So President’s Day is a definite GO tomorrow. See below for a re-cap on the day’s events.

For those who can’t make the day time, don’t forget we are showing the FA Cup in the Players’ Lounge. Kick Off is at 1700. The Bar will be open.

Hope to see loads of you tomorrow

Event

Mixed 7-a-side tournament.

Meet up at the club at 1130, to "register". We will then place everyone into a team for the day, to ensure a good mix of men/ladies/ages/abilities across each team.

Games will start from approximately 1200

Food & Drink

There will be food and drink available on the day.

We will have available at pitchside :-
* Steak Butties – we’ll have a griddle going on the day
* Tea/Coffee
* Bottles of cider and lager
* John Smiths
* Soft Drinks
* Selected spirits & mixers

Tokens will be available at the registration desk and the tokens can be exchanged for the food&drink at the pitch side bar.

Don't worry if you are just coming for a few hours, or just popping along to watch, tokens will be available to buy individually. For everything else, you may request items from the Bar, and if feasible we will try and accommodate your request. The Club Bar however, won’t be open during the event.

Volunteers

There are a few tasks during the day we would appreciate some volunteers for. In particular umpires and goalkeepers on the day. If anyone is able to assist with those during the day or are willing to help with things like setting up or taking down please let me know.
